Leadership Strategy Scan · adapted from Kate Leto's framework
Where does your leading actually happen?
Five questions about how leadership shows up in your day-to-day. There's no right number — drag each slider to where it honestly sits for you right now. We'll talk through what you find.
Facilitated by Diana Stepner · People-First Leadership · ICF-ACC
If someone shadowed your calendar for a week, what would they conclude matters most to you — and would that match what you'd say out loud?
What's the last thing you said yes to that you knew, even as you said it, wasn't really yours to carry?
Think of the last high-stakes call you made under time pressure. Who did you consult — and who did you leave out, on purpose or not?
Picture the people who'd say you changed something for them. Are they who you meant to prioritize, or just who happened to ask loudest?
If the people you lead had to finish the sentence 'the story of how she leads is —,' what would they say? Does it match the story you'd tell?
Given what the scan just surfaced — what's the one sentence that connects where you are now to where you're headed?
A living tool — worth revisiting as your leadership changes.
